Experience

With over 15 years of professional accounting experience, Shane helps clients confidently navigate their business journeys. His strategic guidance supports informed decision-making at every stage of the business lifecycle—from choosing the right entity structure and managing operations to handling ownership transitions. While he has served a wide range of clients, Shane focuses on small businesses, individuals, and estates & trusts. He enjoys the ever-evolving nature of accounting, where continuous learning fosters both collaboration and an engaging, enjoyable work environment.

Professional + Community Involvement

Shane serves as a board member with the Denver Centennial Institute of Management Accountants Chapter. He is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and CFA Institute (CFA).

Hobbies + Interests

Shane enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and roller skating, as well as ballroom dancing with his wife and listening to audiobooks. He also took all the mountain photographs featured on this website.
